If you are currently the manager of your organization profile (or main contact person), you can transfer this to another colleague if necessary.

Transfer organization management

Click Organization in the right-hand menu.

Click on Change.

At the bottom of the page you can change the administrator and contact person by selecting the relevant colleague and clicking on Add.

If you do not need multiple administrators, you can click X after the name of the administrator who should not be an administrator.


A colleague can only become a Primary Contact if his profile is set as a Public Profile. Read here how you can set that.

If the current manager of your organization profile is no longer employed, or otherwise unable to transfer management, you can submit the request to change the manager to Negometrix. You can e-mail your request to servicedesk@negometrix.com, in the CC of the e-mail you enter the e-mail address of the current manager Negometrix3. You also indicate that we will be the new manager and his / her contact details.
