The overview 'Current tenders' within your 'Tenders (Supplier)' page (menu on the right) contains all current tenders that you are participating in. Only the buying organization can delete the tender or move it to the archive.
Withdraw as participant
If the tender has not yet been closed/archived and you have not clicked the 'Start' button yet, you can still unsubscribe. Open the specific tender and navigate to the first tab 1 > Information. Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Remove company as participant' button. This allows you to unsubscribe from the tender at hand.
Already clicked 'Start'
If you have already started populating your offer, please remove this first. Open the specific tender and navigate to the second tab 2 > Fill out & Submit. At the upper right part of the quadrant that contains your questionnaire(s) you find a check box (next to the submit button). Tick the box by clicking on it and subsequently click on the small trash icon at the lower right part of your screen. You have now deleted your populated questionnaire(s) and you can unsubscribe as a participant.
Navigate to the first tab 1 > Information. Now scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Remove company as participant' button. This allows you to unsubscribe from the tender at hand.
When you were invited for the tender
Note: When you were invited to participate in the tender you withdraw from, you can only regain access if the Buyer sends you a new invitation.
Multiple colleagues active
In the case multiple colleagues are participating in the tender, you can consider to just remove yourself as a colleague from this tender. Your organization (colleagues) can still access the tender. The person who registered 'main contact person' can unsubscribe you as a colleague. In order to do so, he opens the tender, navigates to the first tab 1 > Information and scrolls down to the bottom left of the page to click the 'Add colleague / colleague overview' button. Your company administrator is also entitled to perform this action.
