In a tender, only the main contact person may submit an offer. Check within the tender whether you are the main contact person or whether one of your colleagues is.

Being contact person at Company level is not the same as being the contact person on a tender level. 

To verify who is the contact person within the Tender, you go to Tab 1 > Information.

You can now scroll down to the lower left part of your screen and click the 'Add colleague/ colleague overview' button. Here you add colleagues to the tender, but also view who is the 'primary contact in this tender'.

The primary contact person is the contact point for the buying organization and has to submit (is responsible for) the offer. The current contact person can transfer his role at any time to another colleague using this overview.

Besides the current contact person, the company administrator can also transfer the role to another colleague.
